A raw export is never labelled “compliant” or “non-compliant.”

Covers one submitted file (one document or one structured source export). The pack is delivered by email. If your file turns out to be clean, the pack says so — that is a result, not a refund case; you will have the verdict in writing.
The pack is a diagnostic and a work plan for the file you sent. It is not tax or legal advice, not a production acceptance verdict, and not a substitute for your Accredited Service Provider — final mapping, integration, validation, exchange and regulatory reporting remain with the ASP. Scenarios not present in your file (for example credit notes, non-AED currencies, reverse-charge or free-zone flows) are reported as unassessed, not guessed at.
